Retail Customers
All items that do not meet your expectations must be returned within fourteen (14) days of purchase in unused condition. Simple Thoughts, Inc. will gladly exchange or refund your purchase price minus shipping charges which are not refundable.

If orders are shipped to the wrong address due to the information entered by the customer, the customer is fully responsible for that loss.
